Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including to P.O. boxes.

Cost
Shipping is free on every order. The price you see includes shipping.

Processing time
Each kit is packed by hand. Orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your kit is on its way.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. If you're planning a night for a specific date, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks ahead.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. Once an order ships, we can't change the address.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package says delivered but you can't find it, email us at hello.againsoon@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier, and if your kit is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement.

Damaged in transit
See our Refund Policy. Email us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace the affected items.
