Refund Policy

We want every Again Soon night to go well. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, is missing, or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello.againsoon@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement of the affected items, or a refund if you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

Unopened kits
You can return an unopened kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Email us first to start a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a trackable service.

Opened or used kits
Because our kits are made to be used and shared, we can't accept returns of kits that have been opened or used. If something about your night didn't go the way you hoped, email us anyway. We'd genuinely like to hear about it.

Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, if your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll do our best to cancel it.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, including any sales tax charged, within 5–10 business days after we receive your return or approve your claim. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
